Why have I chosen a helping profession?

It is important for me to maintain a life balance for the client between emotions and knowledge in such situations as:
- child-parent relations: adaptation, age crises, troublesome behavior;
- marital relations: relationships with a partner, family crises;
- working with feelings, experiences, memories and conditions;
- career guidance and self-determination, professional burnout;
- overcoming grief and loss, traumatic experience;
- working with stereotypes and attitudes.

Since 2016, I have been teaching preschool children in children's centers in Kostroma: "Happy Childhood" (2016-2022), "Code de Dance" (2017-2019), "My People" (2019-2022).

During this time, I have developed programs and methods for teaching gymnastics, rhythmics and modern choreography, provided competent assistance to parents in the upbringing and development of children, and also conducted more than 50 open lessons and 10 reporting concerts.

Psychologist-diagnostician

Since 2019, I have been diagnosing children in kindergartens and schools. In the center for family development and tutoring "Glagol" (Kostroma, Russia), I conducted psychological and pedagogical research to identify and solve problematic situations in students, and also conducted a number of trainings for parents of the center on psychological readiness for educational activities and social adaptation of the child to the school environment.
In 2023, I developed a program for the school of parenthood within the framework of the private school "SkillDream" (Batumi, Georgia). Several seminars were held on the topic "Emigration-with life on “you "", 38 children were diagnosed and a number of consultations were given to parents of school students, including the ones aimed at forming an individual trajectory of the child's development.

Volunteering in the charity foundation "Future Now"

Since 2020, I have been a therapist of the charity foundation and curator of the Mentor program of the charity project "I Want to go home". I have conducted 4 educational programs 4 times and trained 35 volunteer mentors, created and launched a two-month online course for the mentor school, built a system of interaction between volunteers and 5 centers for helping orphans in Kostroma and the Kostroma region.
